Customer Service Agent
Education and Experience:

Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.

Previous experience in a call centre would be an asset.
Required Skills and Knowledge Areas:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Must be able to do rates calculations.

Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Knowledge of the shipping industry is a plus.
