POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and customer service, and ready to take on a challenge? Join our dynamic team at Laparkan (Barbados) Limited, a leading 3PL organization specializing in ocean and air cargo, handling, courier, and money transfer services.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business prospects.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Related business degree a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, 3PL, or transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
