All services provided by independent contractors through Laparkan (“Company”) are performed by individuals or entities acting as independent contractors, not as employees, agents, or representatives of Laparkan. Laparkan does not supervise, control, or guarantee the conduct, performance, or outcome of any contractor’s services. - No Liability for Contractor Services
You understand and agree that Laparkan is not responsible for any actions, omissions, or errors of independent contractors. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or other claims arising from use of, reliance upon, or participation in services provided by an independent contractor.

Assumption of Risk
All customers acknowledge that engaging an independent contractor involves inherent risks. By using a contractor’s services, you assume all responsibility and risk associated with the engagement, including verifying qualifications, licenses, or certifications where applicable. -
No Warranties or Guarantees
Laparkan makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, or legality of services provided by independent contractors. Any recommendations or referrals made by Laparkan do not constitute a guarantee of results or outcomes. -
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laparkan, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of independent contractor services. -
Governing Law
This disclaimer and your use of Laparkan’s platform shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes arising under or in connection with
this disclaimer shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario. -
Customer Acknowledgment
By accessing or engaging services via Laparkan, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer, and that Laparkan shall not be held liable for any claims related to independent contractors.
