A well-established Freight Forwarding Company, located in Toronto, Canada is seeking the services of a qualified and competent individual for the position of Customer Service Associate to work in our Toronto office.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE – CANADA
Essential skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in working in Customer Service.

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to lead and develop a team

- Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Knowledge of the shipping industry is a plus
Required education:

- Certification in Custom Processes/Freight Forwarding would be an asset
