Laparkan Shipping is looking for a driven and dynamic Courier Service (Online Shopping) Coordinator to join our Kingston team!
POSITION SUMMARY
The Courier Service Coordinator is responsible for managing courier and logistics operations for domestic and small packages. This role ensures smooth daily operations, exceptional customer satisfaction, and maximum productivity — all while maintaining cost efficiency and strict adherence to company processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure all services are delivered according to company standards and guidelines
- Oversee daily logistics operations and customer package processing
- Prepare and process shipping documents accurately
- Track packages and provide timely updates via email or phone
- Secure and organize promotions (in-town and out-of-town)
- Monitor social media platforms and track growth in engagement
- Grow and expand the customer base
- Analyze business requirements and customer needs to improve service delivery
REQUIREMENTS:- Associate Degree/Diploma in Business, Customer Service, Communication or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Courier Service industry
- Ability to identify and develop new business relationships
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
