OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTION PERIOD: NOVEMBER 3 – DECEMBER 31, 2026
Ship with PAK Express, follow Laparkan on Facebook OR Instagram and you could win up to US$100 off your PAK shipping fees every month for six consecutive months!
1. HOW TO ENTER
To qualify, participants must:
- Complete a qualifying PAK air shipment using their own valid PAK account during the promotion period.
- Ship via PAK to Antigua, Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Panama, Suriname or Trinidad & Tobago.
- Ensure the shipment arrives at Laparkan’s Miami warehouse no later than December 31, 2026.
- Follow Laparkan’s official Facebook OR Instagram account by December 31, 2026. Existing followers qualify; following both is not required.
- Provide accurate contact information and meet all eligibility requirements.
2. ENTRY RULES
Each qualifying completed shipment earns one entry, regardless of the number of packages included. Multiple qualifying shipments earn multiple entries. Shipments made before or after the promotion, through other Laparkan services or involving cancelled, fully refunded, duplicate or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify.
3. PRIZES & WINNER SELECTION
Seven winners will be selected, with one winner associated with each eligible destination/office.
Each winner may receive up to US$100 off eligible PAK Express shipping fees per month for six consecutive months, for a maximum prize value of US$600 per winner and US$4,200 in total potential prizes.
The draw is scheduled for January 8, 2027, with discounts scheduled to begin February 1, 2027. Laparkan will verify eligible entries and contact selected winners using their registered contact information.
4. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
- Shipping fees only: Discounts apply exclusively to eligible PAK shipping fees on the winner’s verified PAK account. Taxes, duties and other related charges are excluded.
- US$100 monthly maximum: If eligible fees are US$75, the discount is US$75. If fees are US$160, the discount is capped at US$100 and the winner pays the remaining US$60 plus any excluded charges.
- No rollover: Unused monthly discounts expire at the end of the applicable redemption period and cannot be carried forward.
- Monthly discount application period: Discount for each month must be applied to shipments within the first and last day of the calendar month. e.g., NOT split between or combined with multiple months.
- Non-transferable: Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used for another account holder’s shipments.
- Eligible services only: Discounts cannot be applied to ocean freight, barrels or other Laparkan services or shipping methods. Shipping fees exceeding the monthly discount remain the winner’s responsibility.
5. WINNER OBLIGATIONS & GENERAL CONDITIONS
Winners must cooperate with Laparkan’s eligibility verification and agree to publication of their name and photograph on Laparkan’s official social media platforms and website in connection with the promotion, subject to applicable law.
Laparkan reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify ineligible participants, select alternate winners where necessary and administer the promotion in accordance with these rules and applicable law. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated where required.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these official rules.
