A well-established Global Freight Forwarding Company, located in Jamaica is seeking the services of a qualified and competent individual for the position of a Customer Service Agent.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to do rates calculations.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of the shipping industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
- Previous experience in a call centre would be an asset.
