Customer Service Agents required for our Jamaica office.

Customer Service Agent

  •  

Education and Experience:

  •        Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.

  •        Previous experience in a call centre would be an asset.

Required Skills and Knowledge Areas:

  •        Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  •     Must be able to do rates calculations.

  •     Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).

  •     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  •     Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

  •       Knowledge of the shipping industry is a plus.
