Requirements:
• Proven experience in logistics/freight (air & ocean)
• Strong finance, accounting & analytical skills
• Experience in office services, money transfer, marketing & restaurant operations (an asset)
• Excellent organizational, communication & time management skills
• Strong computer skills & proactive “can do” attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or related field
• 5–7 years relevant experience/training

Responsible to coordinates freight for export by expertly providing inland and ocean freight management solutions while adhering to internal and regulatory requirements that guide and govern our documentation processes.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage oral and electronic communication
• Oversee cargo inventory & shipping line bookings
• Generate bills of lading & dock receipts
• Coordinate cargo deliveries to and from port
• Handle customer queries and provide shipment information
✅ Requirements:
• Certification in Customs Processes / Freight Forwarding / Shipping & Logistics
• 2–3 years’ shipping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
